The Foundation: Establishing Expertise (2013–2016)

Our story began in March 2013, a pivotal moment that set the trajectory for our future. From the outset, we understood that quality partnerships were essential. We established crucial cooperation with industry giants like Midea and Gree, ensuring our early products met high domestic standards. By 2015, we had built our own RO membrane roll workshop and forged strategic alliances with global leaders Dow and Hydranautics. This allowed us to master the core filtration technology, which is the heart of any reliable purifier.
We didn't stop at membranes. In 2016, we successfully developed our own integrated injection molding waterway board, a critical component for housing and directing water flow within purifiers. This development was a game-changer, as it gave us full control over the internal architecture of our machines, ensuring better sealing, durability, and flow efficiency. Two invention patents were applied for, marking our transition from a simple assembler to a technology-driven manufacturer.

Scaling Up and Diversifying Technology (2017–2019)

As demand grew, so did our capabilities. By 2017, our sales had reached RMB 120 million, serving nearly 200 customers. We expanded our physical footprint, establishing a dedicated injection molding workshop, a mold workshop, and a complete assembly company. This vertical integration allowed us to offer true factory customization for our OEM/ODM partners. Whether a client needed a specific design for a home water purifier or a high-capacity unit, we had the in-house tooling and assembly lines to make it happen.
By 2019, we had become one of the largest water purifier filter manufacturers in China, with an annual production of nearly 10 million filter cartridges. We also began developing IoT filter cartridges, signaling our entry into the smart water market. Our product portfolio expanded beyond standard RO systems to include UF (Ultrafiltration) and UV sterilization technologies. This diversification allowed us to provide comprehensive commercial water purification solutions for cafes, hotels, and offices, in addition to our robust residential line.

The Smart Era: Automation and Future-Proofing (2023–2025)

Our most significant transformation occurred in 2023 when we moved into the Sanlongwan Sino-German Industrial Park. This wasn't just a change of address; it was a complete overhaul of our manufacturing philosophy. We established an automated unmanned warehouse, upgraded our automation equipment, and started the construction of our factory's MES (Manufacturing Execution System). This digital backbone connects every machine on the floor, ensuring real-time data collection and quality control.
In 2025, our factory area has expanded to 30,000 square meters, with multiple new smart production lines added. This has led to a significant increase in production capacity, allowing us to handle large-scale orders for commercial RO systems and smart water filters without compromising on delivery times. Our MES system ensures that every unit, whether it's a UV sterilization module for a hospital or a sleek home water purifier for a consumer, is built to exacting standards.
